Home Finding
Citiprop Pacific ensures a smooth and hassle free transition for our clients into their new homes, thus reducing any temporary living expenses and the risk of early repatriation. We understand that Home Finding is one of the most stressful procedures involved in relocating to a new country, therefore utmost care is given to ensure that this process is professionally managed.
The process of Home Finding is achieved through the following:
Pre-Search Contact
As soon as an international assignee is confirmed, he/she is given a pre-assignment point-of-contact who will initiate the Home Finding process in Singapore prior to his/her arrival, so as to ensure an efficient start to the relocation process.
Needs Analysis Assessment
After assessing the international assignee’s needs through a detailed “Needs Analysis” form, and confirmation of the corporation’s “Allocated Company Budget”, Citiprop Pacific will introduce the assignee to a variety of housing options in Singapore.
Information on Types of Housing and Locations
An information packet on the available types of housing and locations in relation to schools, work, lifestyle, entertainment, transportation, and shopping will be given to the assignee and his/her family. Preferred areas will be recommended to the relocating family prior to their departure from their home country.
Personalised Home Finding Programme
Through the Needs Analysis form and the confirmed housing budget, a personalized programme is designed to meet the expectations of the international assignee. Once in the country, the assignee and his/her family will be taken out to view the properties by one of our experienced and multi-lingual Corporate Leasing Executives.
Standardization of Documents & Work Flow Processes
Citiprop Pacific shall develop with the corporation a set of standardized documentation and work flow processes. These will incorporate the company’s corporate requirements together with country specific standards:-

Inventory and Property Condition Reports
A comprehensive inventory check and condition report shall be carried out on site with the incoming occupant, the Landlord (or their representative), and our Citiprop Pacific realtor. The condition of the premises will be recorded on a digital camera and filed for future reference to minimize claims against the corporation’s security deposit.
Handback Advice Information Package
Prior to the handing back of a property, the occupant will be given information relating to this process. This minimizes claims made against the security deposit and shortens the time required in securing the refund of the deposits. At the end of the tenancy period, a Citiprop Pacific representative will be present to confirm that the property is handed back as per the original condition.
On-Going After Sale Service
Citiprop Pacific offers a friendly, open line policy with regards to any questions or problems that the occupant may have in relation to the premises throughout the duration of the Tenancy. We act as the liaison between the Tenant and the Landlord to ensure problems are taken care of as quickly as possible while ensuring that detailed reports on repairs are kept, so as to alleviate possible claims against the security deposit at the end of the Tenancy period.
